From the South West of Sydney, this honey batch has all the flavours you expect of a summer harvest, it's floral, fruity and fresh and not so strong on the flavour tone.
The original inhabitants of this area were the Bediagal clan of Eora nation. Canterbury was named when Richard Johnson was granted 40 hectares of land which he named "Canterbury Vale' in honour of Canterbury in England.
